1. No Refund Policy (Primary Clause)

Due to the nature of our services, including personalized consultations, wellness guidance, and customized plans:

  • All payments are non-refundable once the service is booked or delivered
  • This includes consultations, programs, and any digital or downloadable resources

These services involve time, expertise, and personalized effort, which cannot be reversed once provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change:

  • You may request to reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance
  • Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be treated as completed sessions

3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment processed but service was not delivered due to a technical or system error

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

4. Results Disclaimer

Vishala Vitality provides wellness and Ayurveda-based guidance. However:

  • Results may vary from person to person
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes
  • Lack of results or delayed results does not qualify for a refund

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a service is booked, it cannot be canceled for a refund
  • You may request rescheduling as per the policy above

6. Digital Products & Plans

For any digital सामग्री (diet plans, guides, or reports):

  • No refunds will be provided once the product is delivered or accessed
